About Us

EMCAP was established in June’2018 as a Boutique Financial Advisory Firm by A. Kağan Yıldırım, a senior banker with more than 20 years of experience in Corporate and Investment Banking in Turkey and Middle East markets.

We act as a strategic partner of our clients and serve with a comprehensive & customized approach to assist them in setting and implementing profound financial and investment strategies. Having a broad network of financial institutions (bank and non bank FIs), local and international institutional and family offices; EMCAP has the strength to provide a solid platform between investors, lenders and companies in Emerging Markets. EMCAP’s primary focus is on leveraging Middle East and Turkey network and eventually transfer this experience to other markets.

EMCAP operates in 4 main advisory areas; Debt Advisory, Mergers and Acquisitions (“M&A”) Advisory, Pre-IPO Advisory and Alternative Investment Advisory.

Debt Advisory

Debt Advisory services include advisory for syndications, acquisition finance, subordinated loans, project finance, distressed asset funding, refinancing as well as restructuring solutions.
Our aim is to help our clients to secure the most appropriate funding structure, identify the source of funds and later extract the most attractive terms from the market along with minimum execution risk & cost.

Mergers and Acquisitions (“M&A”) Advisory

EMCAP provides both sell side and buy side M&A consultancy services. We define the transaction rationale, coordinate and execute the M&A process and actively take role in the negotiation stage and final closing.

Pre-IPO Advisory

EMCAP gives advisory services to Companies during the IPO preparation stage so that the Company can assess whether it is ready to for such a process and what should be the right road-map for initiation. IPO, itself, is a complex, long and regulated process involved with many parties from regulators, lawyers, bankers to brokerage houses. As EMCAP, we assist our Clients to proceed on a smooth Project execution process while being in touch with many parties in a complex structure.

Alternative Investment Advisory

Alternative Investment Advisory offers individual and corporate investors to identify high yield investment opportunities in Emerging Markets appropriate to their investment appetite, institutional structure and operations. Our priority is to channel our clients to the right asset investment opportunities and coordinate the asset acquisition/divestiture process.
